What is our Refund Policy?
A valid reason must be presented before sending a product back which can be factors like sizing and defects. All refunds can only be approved within the first 30 days the order has been placed but there is no guarantee for approval. For a refund to be approved you are required to contact Culture 4 via email or DM and provide photos or a valid reason for refund. Exchanges of the same item are accepted if the item is still in stock. The amount that is refunded will be the exact amount that is payed in the prior order placed.
How Long Are Shipping Times?
Winnipeg shipping can range from 2-7 days while as anything domestic will arrive within the first 3-9 days.
Do we do Pre-orders?
Pre-orders are not accepted with any products that we release due to the the fast sell out times. First come, first serve!
Can we ship globally?
Global shipments can be consulted through culture4clothing@gmail.com or Instagram DM @culture4clo. This is because the price varies from how far you are located from our warehouse.
